- The retreat will be held in two languages. For the yoga & gong classes both languages will be used. For the more theoreticall parts (Breathwork & Perceptual tools), there will be sessions both in Italian and in English.
- Il ritiro si terrà in due lingue. Per le lezioni di yoga e gong verranno utilizzate entrambe le lingue. Per le parti più teoriche (lavoro sul respiro e strumenti percettivi), ci saranno sessioni sia in italiano che in inglese.
