Sacred Cacao Ceremonies & Hatha yoga

Natalie Ulman is a cacao ceremonialist, 200hr RYT yoga teacher and a certified Self-love facilitator. She was initiated into the cacao and Mayan cosmovision lineage learning from a Mayan shaman in Guatemala.

Natalie now lives in Ticino, Switzerland facilitating Self Love workshops, cacao ceremonies, and yoga. She also assists in sweatlodges with a Muscogee, Native American elder.

In her workshops she combines heart opening cacao, somatic practices, and authentic relating exercises in order to deepen our connection with mother nature, each other, and ourselves.
