Classes are held in Italian (some English is possible if requested). Le lezioni si tengono in italiano con possibilità di traduzione parziale in inglese (se richiesto)

In case of rain the class we will be postponed or cancelled and all people registered through the website will be notified. In caso di pioggia o tempo incerto tutti gli iscritti verrano informati in merito allo spostamento o annullamento della lezione.

A complete practice to deepen your connection with nature, with your inner self, to help you feel more alive, able to restore inner strength and power.

After the pratice you can enjoy a delicious brunch at BAJA Ristorante Bar Lounge with a stunning view over the lake and mountains! You can bathe after the class but in case you want to stay at the Lido after the brunch you will have to pay the entrance.

(w/ Yoga Loft carnet: 75 minutes).
